Call BRJ Dumpster Rental in Brandon
We are a call-only company by design. No forms that sit in an inbox overnight — you call, a person here in Brandon picks up, and you have a price and a delivery slot before you hang up.
Before you call
Three things that make the call two minutes instead of ten
- What you are throwing away. “Kitchen gut, cabinets and drywall” tells us more than “renovation debris”. Heavy material like concrete, block, stucco or roof tile changes the answer completely, and so does anything that has been rained on — a soaked mixed load is the single most expensive thing you can build here, because the County prices by the ton and charges double on mixed.
- Where it is going. Street address, and whether it is going on a driveway, a shell or sand pad, or the street. Tell us about a narrow drive, a gate beside the lanai, a shed or screen enclosure the arm has to clear, a fresh pour or already-cracked concrete, ground still soft after an afternoon storm, a homeowners association whose rules want notice first, and low limbs or service drops over the run in. Tell us as well whether the address is unincorporated or inside a city — Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Seffner and the rest are governed directly by Hillsborough County, while Tampa, Temple Terrace and Plant City are the county’s only three incorporated cities and answer to their own desks. There is no City of Brandon to call.
- When you need it. Morning or afternoon, and how many days you want it. We can usually do same day if you call before about 11am.
That is genuinely it. We will size it, quote a flat price including disposal, and book it.
Serving these areas
Valrico, Riverview, Seffner, Dover, Bloomingdale, Lithia, FishHawk, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Gibsonton, Mango, Thonotosassa, Sun City Center, Wimauma, Tampa, Temple Terrace, Plant City and Brandon itself. Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Seffner, Dover, Bloomingdale, Lithia, FishHawk, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Gibsonton, Mango, Thonotosassa, Sun City Center and Wimauma are unincorporated communities in Hillsborough County rather than separate cities — no mayors, no city halls, one county rulebook — and we are in them every day. Tampa, Temple Terrace and Plant City are the county’s three incorporated cities, and the County states its own right-of-way permits are “not issued for projects in Tampa, Plant City, or Temple Terrace municipalities,” so those three answer differently. That is exactly why it helps to tell us the address on the first call. One phone number for all of it. If your area is not listed, call and ask.
Contractors and property managers
Ask about a standing account when you call. It gets you priority scheduling, next-day swaps, consolidated monthly invoicing and a certificate of insurance on file so you are not chasing paperwork on every job.

Contact FAQs
Why is there no contact form?
Because forms cost you time. Sizing a container properly takes a two-minute conversation about what you are throwing out and where it goes. A form turns that into three emails over two days. Call (813) 773-2486 and you will have a firm price before you hang up.
What if I call outside business hours?
Leave a message with your name, the address and roughly what you need and we will call back first thing. For genuine emergencies — storm damage, a container blocking access, a safety issue — call anyway and it will reach somebody.
Can I get a written quote?
Yes. We will confirm the quote by email or text after the call so you have the size, the price, the tonnage allowance and the rental window in writing before delivery.
Do you charge for a quote or a site visit?
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. If the job is complicated enough to need eyes on it — a narrow drive we have not run in a while, a shell or sand pad that softens after heavy rain, a drop that has to clear a low limb, a screen enclosure or a shed, a homeowners association that wants the placement agreed first, a placement that may reach into the county right-of-way, a commercial site with awkward access — we will come and look at no charge.
How far in advance should I book?
For a straightforward residential job, a day or two is plenty and same-day is often possible. For a scheduled construction start, a multi-container gut job, a demolition where the Hillsborough County environmental commission needs its 10 working days’ notice with the asbestos survey attached, or the week after a tropical system comes through, give us a week if you can and we will hold the slot.
